Each Grizzly Swag Outdoors product is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size or color selection.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.
